To our valued clients, please be aware:

Summit Community Bank will never ask you for your sensitive personal information, either via phone, text, email or other form of communication. 

If you receive a suspicious text, phone call, email or other contact, hang up, disconnect, or delete and contact the bank DIRECTLY.

DO NOT ever give out your PIN, user name, password, Secure Access Code, or other private banking information to  ANYONE – even if they claim to be a bank employee.

If you need to check your account due to an issue, question, or concern, please call your local branch or our contact center (877-776-9722).

You can also send us a secure message either via live chat at www.mysummit.bank, or via secure message in online banking or the Summit app.

DO NOT send us your secure account information over Facebook. Facebook Messenger is great for general questions or comments, but it is not secure.
